Project progress:

Day 1
We started our first day with icebreaking and getting to know our organizations, presenting their values, problems, and memories. Then we defined our expectations, what we fear, and what we will bring to the project.

Day 2
We started the day by learning how volunteering works in different countries and at what age you can get involved in such activities. Then we discussed the differences in approaches to volunteering in different parts of the world. Later, we moved on to learning how to organize events and create advertisements to promote them.

Day 3
Today, we learned how to use social media to promote our events and for general promotion, as well as how to create a promotional video. At the end of the day, we had an Intercultural Night.

Day 4

Day 5

Day 6
Today we started the day with a debate about our events – what they would look like and which event would be chosen if we could spend €2,000 on one of them. The aim was to determine what we should change in our project, what should be done better and why. Based on these conclusions, we wanted our project to have a big impact on our society after our return. Then we worked out the details of our events, presented them in their final version, and discussed who would do what and how within our national teams. We concluded the topic by discussing what we would do and how we would act after returning to our countries.

Day 7
The day began with a presentation of the Erasmus+ program, during which its opportunities were discussed, including international exchanges, internships, and the DiscoverEU initiative, which allows young people to travel around Europe for free. Other EU projects supporting education, youth, and innovation were also presented. This was followed by a session summarizing our project, where we discussed our achievements and challenges to date. At the end of the day, we organized a barbecue, during which we had the opportunity to socialize and say goodbye.
