The theme of the project was to develop knowledge about the cultures of our countries and to explore the history of Turkey. We had the opportunity to visit the most important sites in Istanbul and experience the real life of the local community. There was also our beloved “intercultural night,” during which other nationalities showed us their traditional foods and dances and told us interesting facts about their countries.
The workshops included not only a theoretical part, during which we learned a lot about the country’s past, but also a practical part, during which we tried our hand at ceramics and water painting.
In our free time, we had the opportunity to explore this wonderful city located on two continents on our own and spend unforgettable moments with new friends from other countries.
The exchange was funded by the European Union.
