During the trip, we focused on developing leadership skills, learning about different leadership styles, and topics related to social activism and youth involvement in community life. The aim of the exchange was to equip participants with tools that would help them inspire others, strengthen their leadership skills, and effectively contribute to the development of local communities.
The exchange brought together participants from Poland, Croatia, and Finland, who developed their skills together through workshops, discussions, and group activities.
It is also worth mentioning that all the workshops held during the project were entirely planned, prepared, and led by the participants themselves.
In addition to the workshop part, the young people also had the opportunity to integrate with participants from other countries and learn about new cultures, e.g. during an intercultural evening. It was a wonderful time for exchanging experiences, learning, and building international friendships.
